Online Registration & Payment:
NEW MEMBERS
If are joining the DFA for the first time, please complete the required(*) questions below. By completing this form, you are becoming a DFA Member, as well as creating a website account for access to the Members Only section.
After you have complete the form and selected the "Submit" button, you will have the option to go to a Membership Payment page. This page will explain the different payment options we offer. Paid membership dues are required for access to all pages.
You will receive an email requesting that you confirm your registration. Once you have confirmed this, your website access will be activated within 2 business days and an email notification will be sent.
CURRENT MEMBERSIf are renewing your membership with the DFA, please log into your account by entering your email in the upper right hand corner of the page and clicking login. You will then be taken to a Membership Payment page if your account is not paid.

Offline Registration & Payment:
Download a copy of the Membership Application by clicking the blue button below. You can scan and email or fax it to us. This can be used for first time members as well as members who are renewing.

If you are a current DFA member and need to register for a website account, please complete the required (*) questions below to ensure we have your most up-to-date contact information. Be sure to select the "Submit" button to complete your registration.
You will receive an email requesting that you confirm your registration. Once you have confirmed this, your website access will be activated within 24 hours and an email
notification will be sent.
Please note: Non DFA members and vendors only have access to the public areas of the website.
