 An Open Letter to Franchisees
Dear Franchisees:
As the current Chairman of the DFA Board of Directors, it is an honor to have this opportunity to help my fellow Franchisees. Together, we can make Domino’s Pizza a stronger company, but we need YOU to ensure our success.
As a Franchisee for over 30 years, I know firsthand how important the DFA is to our system and believe that I would not be with Domino’s Pizza had the DFA not been in existence. Their value has been immeasurable. Not only does the DFA work to improve our businesses, but they offer a strong unified voice to items that could be detrimental to our business. Many times this occurs behind the scenes without you ever knowing.
Having recently been invited to attend the Annual Economic Summit in Ann Arbor, I feel confident that Domino’s is listening and that the DFA, Franchisees and Corporate are very closely aligned on how to improve our businesses. A great example comes from the relentless focus on the need to improve Franchisee profitability. Everyone is working to increase store economics and sharing ideas that have or will make our stores more profitable. The DFA is helping lead this movement and thanks to Patrick Doyle and his team, we are working to turn ideas into reality. This was not the case just a few years ago.
I could go on and on about all the benefits of joining the DFA. I will, however, be glad to discuss any issues with you.
Please take a moment to review all the benefits the DFA has to offer you. I hope you can agree that becoming a member is worth your hard earned dollars.
